What is a Property Inventory?
Following the legislation introduced in April 2007 it has never been more important to use professional inventory services to safeguard both your property and tenancy deposit.
An inventory will ensure the condition of the property and all its contents are recorded accurately at both check-in and check-out, therefore reducing the possibility of any dispute over missing or damaged items between Landlord and Tenant. dmfinventories would advise a comprehensive inventory report be provided / prepared for the start of all tenancies, no matter the size of the property or whether it is furnished or unfurnished.
